About the event
Mark your calendar! Registration opens on Tuesday, June 2 at 10 AM!
Lake Jackson may be a young town, but it has a deep history! Each day campers will learn about a different era of Lake Jackson's past through hands-on activities, games, and crafts. Children will get to engage with artifacts from our education collection that they wouldn't normally get to see during a trip to the museum as they learn about the Karankawa, life in Lake Jackson during World War II, creating a city, and more.
Camp is open to children ages 6 - 13* years. We are offering two camp sessions to different age groups in order to give campers the best experience possible.
Schedule:
Ages 6 - 9: 10 AM - 12 PM
Ages 10 - 13: 1 PM - 4 PM
Registration Fee:
LJHA Members: $45
Non-Members: $50
Would you like to become a member and take advantage of the member pricing? Click here to learn more about membership perks and sign up today!

*Is your child interested in camp, but a little outside of the age range? Reach out to us and let us know. We may be able to make an exception.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that your child is no longer able to attend camp, cancellations must be made prior to Thursday, July 9, at 5 PM in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date will not be able to be refunded, but may instead be credited towards a future ticketed event.
By registering your child for this camp, you are agreeing to LJHA's cancellation policy.
