Mini Museums
The mini museum program provides teachers with free resources to teach TEKS-aligned units that tie in Lake Jackson's rich history. We are actively working to create more mini museums. We would love to hear about topics you would like to see featured in a mini museum! Please fill out our survey using the QR code at the bottom of the page if you would like to share your suggestions!

This mini museum was created based on 2nd and 3rd grade social studies TEKS. Take a virtual tour of Lake Jackson's local government buildings and services, learn about the election process, and hear from Mayor Roznovsky himself! The mini museum also includes supplies to play local government BINGO! and to hold a classroom election.
There is no charge to reserve a mini museum kit! Click the link below to complete the request form.
