Life, Labor & Legacy of the Enslaved and Emancipated at Lake Jackson Plantation

In honor of the upcoming Juneteenth holiday, we will host  special guided tours of the Jackson Plantation Historic Site that will focus on the historical and archaeological evidence of the lives and labor of those who were enslaved at and eventually emancipated from the Lake Jackson Plantation. 

Please RSVP for your preferred tour in advance. Each tour is limited to 25 people and will last approximately one hour. Waters will be provided. Visitors are reminded to prepare for summer heat.
